I've been meditating on my work stuff all week - and also on the much-shared NY Times editorial entitled The 'Busy' Trap. Perhaps I need both: clarity in direction, and the ability to slow down and embrace the stillness necessary to find said clarity.
I've also been meditating on the joy of this moment:
