CSA week 6

- 6 ears of corn
- 4 cucumbers (so many cucumbers)
- 1 watermelon
- 1 small celery with greens
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 bunch curly parsley
- 1 heirloom tomato
Meals:
- Carrots from last week + parsley in roast carrot burgers served with heirloom tomato, homemade mayo (from Naturally Nourished), and homemade pickles + watermelon -- SO GOOD
- BLTs with tempeh bacon, homemade mayo, and heirloom tomato -- summer dream food
- Kale in lunchtime salads with roasted beets, feta, nuts, and whatever else needed to be used up
- Kale subbed into enfrijoladas (from Cool Beans) along with carrots since I didn't have sweet potatoes
- 2 cucumbers in refrigerator pickles
